These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cajee platform and all services provided through cajee.app. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers. One Account Per Player

Additional terms specific to individual products or promotions may supplement these Terms; in the event of any conflict, the product-specific or promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that product or promotion only.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

cajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time and to suspend account access pending the satisfactory completion of age verification. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and driving licences. Proof of address may also be requested.
Any player found to have misrepresented their age or identity will have their account immediately suspended. Any winnings accrued on a cajee account held by an individual who is under 18 years of age or who has provided false identification will be forfeited in their entirety. cajee may also report such incidents to relevant authorities.
Restricted Regions
cajee does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing cajee is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
Account Registration and Security
To access cajee's full range of gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for keeping that information current throughout the lifetime of your account.
Each individual may hold only one cajee account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If cajee identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them will be forfeited. The player may also be permanently banned from the cajee platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cajee account credentials, including your username and password. cajee strongly recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP SMS to add an additional layer of security to your account.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your cajee account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

cajee will never contact you via unsolicited messages to request your password or other sensitive account credentials. Any communication purporting to be from cajee that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
cajee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation such as proof of income, source of funds declarations, or enhanced identity verification. cajee may impose temporary restrictions on accounts pending the completion of such checks.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to an account held in the player's own verified name.
- cajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the player's account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.
- cajee reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected, pending investigation.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. cajee accepts no liability for funds transferred to incorrect accounts as a result of player error. All deposits made to a cajee account are non-refundable once credited to the account balance.

Bonus and Promotions Policy
cajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on cajee, you accept the relevant promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
The following general rules apply to all cajee bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotion details.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on cajee contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games, scratch cards, and certain high-variance slots may have reduced or zero wagering contribution.
- Time Limits: All bonuses must be wagered within the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Depositing while a bonus is already active may result in the new deposit being ineligible for the concurrent bonus offer.
cajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. cajee also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or through the use of fraudulent payment methods.

Game Rules and Fair Play

- Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, at cajee's sole discretion, in response to on-field events or technical conditions.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the decision of cajee's official records shall be final. cajee maintains comprehensive transaction logs of all gaming activity. If you believe an error has occurred, you must notify cajee support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Any technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet will render that round or bet void. Interrupted gaming sessions resulting from loss of internet connectivity on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of any stakes that were successfully received and processed by cajee's servers.

Prohibited Conduct
cajee maintains a strict policy against any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; provision of false identity documents; impersonation of another individual; or any other form of fraud directed at cajee or its players.
- Money Laundering: Use of cajee accounts to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. cajee complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer, or sports betting markets.
- Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the cajee platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies across cajee's sports betting markets or in combination with other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, employing low-risk betting strategies to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or any other technique designed to extract value from promotions beyond their intended purpose.
- Hacking and Technical Attacks: Any attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to cajee's systems, servers, databases, or software infrastructure.
- Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications at cajee staff, agents, or other players through any cajee-operated communication channel.
cajee employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players under investigation for any of the above activities may have their account access temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. cajee's determination following any investigation is final. Players who disagree with a decision have the right to raise a formal complaint via [email protected].

Account Suspension and Closure
Players may close their cajee account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a closure request, cajee will process the request within two business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in force.
cajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification processes.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the time period specified by cajee following a verification request.
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
- Account inactivity: accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cajee will notify the player via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied or account closure is initiated.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
- Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires cajee to restrict or close the account.
Where cajee closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, the entire account balance may be forfeited and transferred to the appropriate authorities or returned to the verified source of funds where legally required.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from cajee may not re-register a new account for a minimum period of six months from the date of self-exclusion. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under different personal details constitute a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.

Additional Legal Provisions
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Limitation of Liability
cajee's liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cajee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
Amendments
